XT60 Pigtail (XT60H-F) & XT90-F Leads

These silicone power pigtails combine red and black 12 AWG wires, silicone insulation and prepared solder ends. XT60 Pigtail and XT90-F Configurations

XT60H Pigtail: 12 AWG, 150 mm

The black XT60H-F assembly has female socket contacts and a rear cover. Its drawing dimension L is 150 ± 3 mm.

XT90 Pigtail: 12 AWG, 100 mm

The yellow XT90-F assembly has female socket contacts and a rear cover. Its drawing dimension L is 100 ± 3 mm.

Dimensions and Tinned Ends

Use the L measurement shown in the corresponding drawing. It runs from the indicated connector reference to the end of the prepared conductor. It is not the overall length including the full connector body. Send a marked drawing when matching an existing cable or specifying routing clearance.

XT60H-F length of 150 ± 3 mm and XT90-F length of 100 ± 3 mm, with 6 ± 1 mm tinned ends — Use the indicated L datum: 150 ± 3 mm for XT60H-F and 100 ± 3 mm for XT90-F. Both specify 6 ± 1 mm stripped and tinned ends.

Drone Battery Leads: Materials and Polarity

Each assembly contains two stranded conductors with silicone insulation. Red identifies positive and black identifies negative. Match the female socket contacts and keyed mating face to the required counterpart, then confirm polarity and continuity before applying power.

Select drone power leads against the complete electrical and installation requirements. Provide operating voltage, continuous and peak current, ambient conditions and cable routing if application review is needed. The connector model and wire gauge alone do not establish the finished assembly’s current rating.

Each order unit is one completed cable assembly, comprising:

One selected XT60H-F or XT90-F connector with its rear cover.

Are both connector options female?

Yes. Both listed versions use female socket contacts. Check the exact connector model and mating face when matching an existing part.

Can I order the yellow connector with a 150 mm length?

The listed XT90-F configuration has a 100 ± 3 mm drawing length. Request a different length separately and confirm its drawing before ordering.

Is a capacitor included?

A capacitor is not listed in the standard assembly. Describe any additional component requirement separately for review and quotation.

What information is needed for electrical suitability?
