Custom drone LED lighting kits are planned around your own civilian UAV or FPV platform. Share a drawing, sample reference, photographs or initial requirements for a project quotation.
DroneNook coordinates strip dimensions, lighting type, lead lengths, connector details, mounting requirements and kit packing with suppliers. Components, sample terms and supply details are confirmed for your project.

| Request type | What to send |
|---|---|
| Build to Your Specification | Approved drawing, BOM, sample reference or completed PCB/FPC manufacturing files |
| Help Define the Assembly | Available space, power source and intended lighting effect |
| Development Review | New PCB/FPC design or dedicated control-electronics development |

Custom drone LED lighting kits are planned around your aircraft’s available space, electrical interface and intended lighting effect. DroneNook accepts enquiries for customer-owned civilian UAV and FPV platforms, including new builds, equipment updates and repeat production.
Share the information you already have: a dimensioned drawing, an existing assembly reference, connector photographs or a description of the result you need. DroneNook will review the request with suitable suppliers and identify the details required for a quotation.

The proposed configuration is reviewed against the selected components and manufacturing process.
LED assemblies built to your specification can be reviewed from an approved assembly drawing, component list or sample specification. Include the applicable revision reference with the manufacturing enquiry.
If the specification is still being developed, describe the installation space, available power and lighting behaviour you need. Component selection and assembly details can then be discussed.
Requests for a new PCB or FPC, dedicated control electronics or other development work are evaluated separately. If you already have a completed design, identify the fabrication, assembly and test files available.
For drone LED power and connector requirements, provide the actual LED supply rail, current budget, connector pinout and control method. For flight-controller-driven lighting, include the controller model, hardware revision and firmware information when available. The Betaflight build-options reference illustrates why the actual firmware build must be identified instead of assuming one control capability.
Also identify cable routing, attachment surfaces and clearance around moving parts. The component specification and agreed sample checks provide the basis for confirming the proposed arrangement.

| Parameter | Project definition |
|---|---|
| Product type | Custom LED strips, modules and lighting assemblies |
| Project application | Customer-owned civilian UAV and FPV platforms |
| Lighting requirements | Single-colour, RGB or addressable options reviewed by project |
| Dimensions and segment quantity | Defined by the approved assembly specification |
| Supply voltage and current | Confirmed for the selected components, supply rail and operating modes |
| Control interface | Steady output, external controller or flight-controller control, as agreed |
| Wiring and connector | Lead specification, connector reference, mating interface and pinout defined by project |
| Mounting and protection | Attachment, clearance and protective construction reviewed for the application |
| Assembly weight | Confirmed for the proposed or approved configuration |
| Supply unit | Individual assembly or project-defined kit |
| Kit composition | Specified components and quantities listed per set |
| Repeat-order reference | Approved part number and specification revision |
For custom LED kit contents and supply units, list whether the quotation should cover individual assemblies or a set containing specified LED segments, prepared leads, connectors and agreed mounting items. Identify the quantity of each item in one set.
Controllers, power-conversion components, mating connectors and documentation are included when listed in the agreed scope. State whether replacement assemblies need to be packed separately.

Your team or appointed integrator can perform the aircraft fit and system checks. Supplier conformity to the approved assembly specification and the agreed inspection scope should be defined in the quotation.

| Item | How it is confirmed |
|---|---|
| Quantity and MOQ | State sample and batch quantities with the supply unit. Minimum quantities are reviewed for the design, materials and packing scope. |
| Sample and project charges | The quotation identifies any sampling, assembly setup, development, tooling or revision charges that apply. |
| Preparation and production | Timing is quoted for the agreed scope, with the information and approvals needed to begin. Sample and batch schedules are identified separately where applicable. |
| Packing and shipping | Share the delivery country, postal code and target arrival date. Packing, freight and estimated transit time are confirmed for the shipment. |
| Price and payment | Prices relate to the specified items, quantities and supply terms. Payment and delivery terms are stated in the quotation. |
| Inspection and issue handling | Agree acceptance requirements, inspection scope and applicable defect or replacement terms for the proposed order. |
Yes. You can request LED assemblies for your own civilian UAV or FPV project. Share the platform reference and the dimensions, power and connection details you have. The proposed assembly is reviewed for that project.
No. Photographs, an existing assembly reference or an initial description can be enough to begin. DroneNook will identify the additional dimensions and electrical details needed to prepare a useful quotation.
This depends on the controller output, firmware configuration, LED type, supply voltage and current budget. Send the controller model and available interface information so the proposed arrangement can be reviewed.
The quotation defines the contents of one set. You can request LED segments, prepared lighting assemblies or a set with agreed wiring and mounting items. Tell us how you want to receive and install the parts.
You can submit a manufacturing enquiry using your existing design files and assembly requirements. Manufacturing feasibility, component availability and testing are reviewed with the proposed supplier. A request for new design work is evaluated as a separate development scope.
These depend on the selected components, assembly work, development and packing requirements. Send your sample quantity and expected batch quantity so the quotation can identify the applicable terms and lead time.
Your team or appointed integrator can carry out installation and system checks. The project specification should identify supplier inspection responsibilities, customer integration checks and agreed acceptance criteria before production approval.
For repeat orders for custom LED assemblies, reference the approved part number, specification revision and kit contents. Availability and any proposed component or construction changes are reviewed before the order is confirmed.
Tell us what you are building, how many assemblies or sets you need, and where they will be delivered. Attach drawings or photographs if available, or begin with a short project description.

Send the details you already have. A drawing, sample reference, marked photograph or short project description is enough to begin the review. Further technical details can follow during quotation.
