Bearing arrangement Two ball bearings

Stall torque is a locked-rotor value, not a continuous-load rating. Speed depends on supply and load. Check the supplied revision and drawing when mounting dimensions, spline fit or travel limits are critical; do not assume a shared model name proves identical construction.

Mechanical and Electrical Fit

Provide the mounting space, hole pattern, required output horn or spline, controller signal, regulated supply capacity and operating environment. Confirm pinout before connecting. Set travel limits and test the mechanism without load before operation. This reference does not establish waterproofing, feedback control, continuous rotation or a bus protocol.

Included Items and Common Accessories

  • Base inquiry unit: one servo assembly.
  • Confirm the horn style, spline fit, retaining screw and mounting screws required.
  • Specify brackets, vibration isolation, extension leads and connector adapters separately.
  • Confirm unit packaging, inner/carton quantities, labels and documentation in the quotation.

Need Another Servo Specification?

You can submit a specification request without a model number. Include operating voltage, torque and speed with their test conditions, required travel, dimensions or drawing, spline, mounting details, signal type, lead length, connector, sample and bulk quantities, destination and required date. Other configurations and requested changes require feasibility and supply review before they become listed options.

MOQ, Samples and Lead Time

Request a sample quantity and planned bulk quantity for the selected configuration. MOQ, sample availability, package scope, price and lead time are confirmed after configuration review. State whether the required date refers to dispatch or arrival.

Inspection and Repeat Orders

Agree the inspection scope before ordering: identity and revision, dimensions, connector/pinout, neutral position, travel, speed and torque test conditions. For repeat orders, send the previous configuration code, order reference or label photo. Record configuration differences before accepting a replacement; report issues with the order reference and supporting photos or test results.

Standard PWM Servo FAQ

Does 6 kg·cm mean a continuous working load?
No. The listed figure is stall torque at 6 V. The application’s working load and duty cycle require separate assessment.

Are horns and mounting hardware always included?
Package contents depend on the quoted configuration. Specify what the mechanism needs.

Can I request a different signal or lead?
Yes, submit the requirement for review. It is not an automatically available variation of this reference servo.

Browse servo procurement references or the products directory for related inquiries; listed parts are not automatically a validated combination.
