Folding Drone Arm Assemblies for Platform and Position Matching
Source folding drone arm assemblies by aircraft platform and revision, arm position, dimensions, end fittings, folding mechanism and cable routing. This series currently lists the K20/K30 M4/Base reference. Use its configuration record for a replacement inquiry or submit another position or structural requirement for review.
Images illustrate the reference assembly and its end geometry. They do not establish the delivered component boundary or accessory packing list.
Reference Configuration and Quantity
| Configuration | Matching reference | Quantity and status | Inquiry |

| K20/K30 — M4/Base DN-ARM-K20K30-M4 |
Reference part 10.05.14.0027 Carbon-fibre folding-arm reference for the M4 position |
Quantity counts arm assemblies Reference configuration; packing unit and availability confirmed in quotation |
Add the reference to your Inquiry List and enter the number of arm assemblies required. State fastener, harness and other accessory quantities separately. The quotation identifies the delivered components and packing unit.
Need Another Position or Specification?
Submit your specifications with the aircraft version, arm-position marking, length and diameter requirements, both end interfaces, folding/locking mechanism, mounting drawing, cable passage, quantity and destination. You can start without an exact model number; clear photos of the installed part help identify the requirement.
Other positions need separate part identification and supply confirmation. Cross-platform fitment, altered geometry or structural changes require a separate feasibility and validation review, not an arbitrary combination of this reference’s dimensions. Contact us before sharing sensitive project drawings so a suitable exchange method can be agreed.
Technical Reference and Drawing Review
| Reference part | 10.05.14.0027 |
|---|---|
| Platform reference | K20/K30; match the applicable aircraft revision |
| Position label | M4; a position identifier, not an M4 screw-size claim |
| Reference designation | M4/Base; confirm the assembly boundary and end fittings for the supplied revision |
| Material reference | Carbon-fibre folding-arm assembly |
| Reference measurement label | 45 × 42 × 575 mm; dimensional definitions, datums and tolerances require the applicable drawing |
| Fitment details to verify | Arm orientation, base and end geometry, mounting holes, folding/locking hardware and cable passage |
The measurement label does not establish tube outside/inside diameters or a datum-controlled tube length. Do not replace the assembly with a generic carbon tube based on one measurement. Match the position and installation geometry before quotation.
Included Items and Common Accessory Checklist
- Identify the arm assembly and component boundary in the quotation.
- Confirm the folding joint, locking handle, end fitting, base or motor interface required.
- Specify bolts, nuts, washers and spacers by the matching drawing, thread, length and quantity.
- Confirm cable/harness passage, clamps and any mating connector requirements separately.
- Motors, propellers, wiring, other arm positions and installation tools are not assumed included.
- Confirm labels, documentation, packing unit, inner packs and carton quantities.
MOQ, Samples and Lead Time
Include sample quantity, expected order quantity and required date. Minimum quantities, sample arrangements, price and dispatch schedule depend on the identified configuration and packing scope. Requested changes and sampling or production work are reviewed separately from transportation.
Inspection and Repeat Orders
Agree identity and revision, drawing dimensions, both end interfaces, hole pattern, folding/locking function and visual inspection scope before ordering. Structural acceptance or load testing requires agreed conditions and a responsible validation plan. For repeat orders, provide the previous configuration code or order reference and clear position/label photos. Keep labels and supporting photos or inspection records when reporting an issue against the agreed specification.
Folding Arm Assembly FAQ
Does M4 describe a screw thread?
No. It identifies an arm position in this reference. Fasteners must match the applicable drawing.
Are the base and all locking hardware included?
The delivered component boundary and accessory list are confirmed in quotation; the reference label and photos are not a packing list.
Can I request a different position or length?
Yes, submit the requirement for review. It is not automatically an available variation or an interchangeable replacement.
