Centrifugal Drone Spray Nozzles
Centrifugal drone spray nozzles for agricultural spraying, with EP-series 1250 mm and G-series 1800 mm cable configurations available for procurement. Compare specifications and request samples, bulk quantities or other cable, connector and mounting requirements.
Centrifugal drone spray nozzles for agricultural spraying applications, with two purchasable cable configurations: EP series with a 1250 mm cable and G series with an 1800 mm cable. Compare the configuration references below, tell us the quantity for each, or send other specifications for review.
Centrifugal Drone Spray Nozzles Overview
This series starts with CN500 V3.0 centrifugal nozzle configurations. The assembly design uses a brushless inner-rotor motor, FOC electronic control, an atomization disc, a detachable throttle valve and an adjustable mounting structure. These features describe the nozzle assembly; the quoted package identifies the supplied components and installation accessories.
Drone Nozzle Cable Options
| Configuration reference | Cable length | Application reference | Procurement |
|---|---|---|---|
| EP1250 | 1250 mm | EP-series configuration; confirm exact airframe, connector and mounting | Available for procurement; request quantity and package scope |
| G1800 | 1800 mm | G-series configuration; confirm exact airframe, connector and mounting | Available for procurement; request quantity and package scope |
Both cable configurations can be sourced. Cable length alone does not establish airframe compatibility. Specify the required number of nozzle assemblies for each configuration; single-unit or paired packing is confirmed in the quotation.

Spray performance depends on liquid feed, disc speed, installation and operating conditions. The stated ranges are reference characteristics, not a guarantee that every installation achieves all maximum values simultaneously. Product photographs show representative nozzle assemblies; confirm the selected lead and connector separately.
Agricultural Drone Spray Nozzle Integration
Check the airframe model and revision, mounting position, inlet connection, power supply and aircraft-side CAN/PWM interface. Share label photos, connector photos or mounting dimensions when identifying a replacement. Browse the Nozzles category or the product directory for related sourcing requirements.
Package Scope and Installation Accessories
Use the following checklist to specify your package. Items are included only when listed in the quotation.
- Nozzle assembly: selected configuration, version and required assembly quantity.
- Cable and electrical connection: 1250 mm or 1800 mm lead, connector and pinout; any adapter or extension harness required.
- Mounting: airframe-specific bracket, fastening hardware, vibration buffers and installation orientation.
- Liquid connection: matching tubing, fittings and clamps where required.
- Packing: individual or paired arrangement, protective packing, labels and carton requirements.
Pump, flow meter, external tubing, power source, airframe and aircraft-side control equipment are separate system items unless expressly included. The nozzle’s integrated FOC control should not be confused with a separately supplied aircraft-side controller.
Need a Different Specification?
Submit the cable length, connector, mounting dimensions, operating requirements and quantity you need. A model number is optional. Other specifications, packaging or modification requests are reviewed for suitability, feasibility, samples and production conditions before quotation.
Samples, MOQ and Lead Time
Tell us your sample quantity and expected bulk quantity for each configuration. Minimum quantities, mixed-order conditions, sample costs and packaging arrangements are addressed in the quotation. Preparation or production time is stated for the selected configuration and quantity; transportation time is considered separately for your destination.
Spray Nozzle Bulk Inquiry
Request EP1250, G1800 or both, listing each configuration and its quantity separately. Include your destination country, required dispatch or arrival date, connector and mounting requirements, and any requested accessories. The quotation identifies the final configuration, included items, packing unit and delivery conditions.
Review Your Inquiry List or send requirements without selecting a standard configuration.
Quality Review and Repeat Orders
Agree on the specification, sample requirements and any inspection or acceptance records before ordering. For an issue or repeat purchase, provide the order reference, configuration, item labels and supporting photos or test records so the supplied version and agreed terms can be reviewed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I request both cable configurations in one inquiry?
Yes. List EP1250 and G1800 separately with their respective quantities. Mixed-order and packing conditions are confirmed in the quotation.
Can I ask for another cable length or connector?
Yes. Send the requirement for review. An existing suitable configuration and a modification requiring separate assessment will be identified before quotation.
Are installation accessories included?
The quotation lists the supplied cable connection, mounting hardware, liquid-path accessories and packing arrangement. The checklist above helps you specify what your installation needs.
