Carbon nylon folding drone propellers for civilian multirotor integration and replacement orders. Compare four reference configurations: 1660 (16 in), 2282 (22 in), 2490 (24 in) and 30112 (30 in).
Choose a folding drone propeller by matching diameter, pitch, rotation and mounting dimensions. This series provides four reference configurations for civilian multirotor integration, replacement orders and B2B purchasing.

These foldable drone propellers are listed in four nominal sizes: 16, 22, 24 and 30 inches. For other dimensions or mounting requirements, send a drawing or existing-part reference for review.
Nominal diameter: 16 inches. Listed pitch: 6.0 inches. Check the 5.0 mm blade-root thickness and 6.0 mm pivot hole against the selected clamp arrangement.
Nominal diameter: 22 inches. Listed pitch: 8.2 inches. The listed blade-root thickness is 6.5 mm, with an 8.0 mm pivot hole. Include blade markings and clamp photos when requesting replacements.
Nominal diameter: 24 inches. Listed pitch: 9.0 inches. Although its listed root thickness and pivot-hole diameter match the 2282, the complete model and clamp compatibility require separate confirmation.
Nominal diameter: 30 inches. Listed pitch: 11.2 inches. Check the 9.0 mm blade-root thickness, 10.0 mm pivot hole, motor mounting arrangement and available clearance.
Use the listed dimensions to shortlist a configuration. Confirm the selected model and version against the relevant product drawing before ordering.
| Parameter | 1660 | 2282 | 2490 | 30112 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Nominal diameter | 16 in | 22 in | 24 in | 30 in |
| Pitch | 6.0 in | 8.2 in | 9.0 in | 11.2 in |
| Blade-root thickness | 5.0 mm | 6.5 mm | 6.5 mm | 9.0 mm |
| Blade-pivot hole diameter | 6.0 mm | 8.0 mm | 8.0 mm | 10.0 mm |
| Listed blade mass | 10.15 g | 24.19 g | 42.26 g | 69.6 g |
| Blade width | 31.55 mm | 43.41 mm | 47.38 mm | 59.2 mm |
| Listed mass with clamp | 34.2 g | 76.5 g | 104.4 g | 224 g |
Blade mass and mass with clamp describe different configurations. These figures do not specify shipping weight, sales-pack quantities or which hardware is included.
For multirotor folding propellers, confirm the exact model, pitch, CW or CCW direction, blade-root thickness, pivot-hole diameter and matched clamp.
The listed 6, 8 and 10 mm pivot holes describe the blade-root interface. They are not motor-shaft sizes. Send the motor top-mount drawing, mounting-hole spacing, fastening method and available clearance for review.

Select the 1660, 2282, 2490 or 30112 reference and identify whether you need replacement blades, complete folding assemblies or both. List CW and CCW requirements separately and define the quantity unit for each item.
| Item | Purchasing information |
|---|---|
| Supplied Components | A complete folding assembly consists of two blades and its matched clamp arrangement. Confirm clamps, fasteners, washers and any spare hardware in the packing list. State whether quantities refer to individual blades, assemblies or a defined set. |
| Samples & MOQ | Sample availability, charges and minimum order requirements are confirmed for the selected model, rotation mix and supplied components. |
| Custom Requests | Provide drawings or reference photographs for different dimensions, pitch, blade-root interfaces, clamps, colors or packing. Feasibility, tooling requirements and commercial conditions are reviewed separately. |
| Documents & Repeat Orders | Identify any required material, inspection or destination-specific documents. For repeat orders, reference the agreed blade and clamp configuration, hardware list, rotation quantities, protective packing and labels. |

|---|---|
| Preparation / Production Lead Time | Timing is confirmed for the agreed configuration, quantity and packing. Sample preparation and batch preparation or production estimates should be distinguished where applicable. The quotation should state the starting conditions, required approvals and estimated dispatch timing. |
| Shipping & Transit Time | Provide the destination country, postal code and required arrival date. Freight cost and estimated transit time are confirmed separately from preparation or production time. |
| Price & Payment Terms | Confirm the pricing unit, supplied contents and any separate customization, setup, packing or document charges. Payment and delivery terms are agreed in the quotation. |
| Inspection & After-Sales | Include any required checks, acceptance criteria or supporting records with your enquiry. Applicable warranty terms, defect-reporting procedures and replacement arrangements require confirmation before purchase. |
Carbon Nylon Folding Propellers: Material and Custom RequestsThe specified blade material is black carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon, rather than a continuous carbon-fiber laminate. Confirm the resin grade, fiber content and supporting material documents when these are purchasing requirements.
If thrust, power or vibration data is required, identify the motor, ESC, supply voltage and operating conditions. Results must correspond to the propulsion combination being evaluated.
Start with the required diameter and pitch, then match rotation, blade-root dimensions, clamp arrangement and motor mounting details. Include existing-part photos or drawings. Follow the selected assembly’s installation instructions and validate the complete motor, ESC, battery and blade combination before service.
A larger diameter requires a separate review of clearance and the complete propulsion system. Matching a pivot-hole dimension alone does not establish compatibility, thrust capability or interchangeability.
Send your selected configuration, sample and batch quantities, destination and required arrival date. Add any custom, packing or document requirements. Open specification questions can be discussed during follow-up.
Include mounting details and drawings or reference photographs when matching an existing blade or folding assembly.
