Specify carbon fiber drone tubes for customer-designed frames, supports and tubular arm structures. Compare 20 × 18 × 1000 mm, 25 × 23 × 1000 mm and 30 × 28 × 1000 mm reference configurations, listed as OD × ID × length.
Select a tube size below, then state weave and finish preferences in inquiry Requirements: 3K Plain / 3K Twill / Please advise · Matte / Glossy / Please advise.
| OD × ID × length | Nominal wall | Request a quote |
|---|---|---|
| 20 × 18 × 1000 mm | 1.0 mm | |
| 25 × 23 × 1000 mm | 1.0 mm | |
| 30 × 28 × 1000 mm | 1.0 mm |
Material and construction: Carbon-fiber composite with hot roll-wrapped construction. Select a complete outside diameter (OD) × inside diameter (ID) × length combination, then specify surface preferences and quantity for quotation.
This series is intended for drone OEMs, frame builders, engineering teams and system integrators purchasing tubular components for their own designs. Use the reference sizes to define the tube geometry for frame members, support sections or arm structures.
Supply covers bare tubes. Complete arms, hinges, motor mounts and mounting hardware are outside this listing. Dimensions alone do not establish an aircraft load rating: material requirements, connections and structural suitability need to be assessed for your application.
Compare the three reference configurations below. All dimensions are nominal and expressed in millimetres. Each row is one complete size combination within the same product series.
| Configuration: OD × ID × length | Nominal wall thickness |
|---|---|
| 20 × 18 × 1000 mm | 1.0 mm |
| 25 × 23 × 1000 mm | 1.0 mm |
| 30 × 28 × 1000 mm | 1.0 mm |
Nominal wall thickness is calculated as (OD − ID) ÷ 2. The 1.0 mm value is a dimensional calculation, not a measured minimum wall specification. Confirm tolerances, availability and lead time for the selected configuration in the quotation.

The stated construction for this series is hot roll-wrapped carbon-fiber composite. Include any required fiber grade, resin system, layup or material documentation in your inquiry so that the material specification can be confirmed for the order.
After selecting a size, enter your preferences in the inquiry Requirements text:
Each size, weave and finish combination is subject to confirmation. Surface images show appearance preferences; visible weave does not establish the resin system, fiber grade or laminate schedule.

Submit a dimensioned drawing with its revision number for custom geometry. State OD, ID, overall length and the required tolerance for each feature. Where relevant to the assembly, include roundness, straightness, end squareness and surface requirements.
For clamped, bonded or inserted connections, identify mating dimensions, contact area, engagement length, clearance and alignment requirements. Agree the accepted tolerances and inspection points in the drawing and quotation.
Custom requests are reviewed against geometry, quantity requirements and production timing. Confirm feasibility and the final specification before ordering.

List each requested OD × ID × length combination with its sample quantity, batch quantity, weave and finish preferences. Identify whether your enquiry concerns a listed reference size or a custom dimension or machining request.
For custom work, use a drawing with a revision number and the technical requirements described above. Feasibility, accepted tolerances, material requirements and any machining operations need to be agreed for the quotation. A requested size, weave and finish combination remains subject to confirmation.
| Item | Purchasing information |
|---|---|
| Availability & MOQ | Availability and minimum order requirements are confirmed for each size, material specification, surface combination and machining scope. Give separate quantities for each configuration so a mixed-size request can be reviewed. |
| Samples & Approval | Include any sample requirement and the checks needed before a batch order. Sample availability, charges, preparation timing and the specification represented by the sample require confirmation. |
| Preparation / Production Lead Time | Timing is confirmed for the agreed specification and quantity. Reference-size supply and custom work are reviewed separately. The quotation should identify the starting conditions and estimated dispatch timing; transit time is confirmed separately. |
| Price & Supply Scope | The quoted supply covers bare tubes in the agreed dimensions and quantity. Confirm the pricing unit and whether any custom-length preparation, machining, inspection documents, labels or special packing are included or charged separately. |
| Packing & Shipping | Specify quantity per pack, identification labels and any end or surface protection requirements. Provide the destination country, postal code and required arrival date for confirmation of packing, freight cost and estimated transit time. |
| Inspection & Order Terms | Agree inspection points, acceptance criteria and any required records against the approved specification. Payment, delivery, applicable warranty and defect-reporting terms are confirmed before purchase. |
Reference the approved drawing revision, dimensions, material specification, weave, finish and machining details when reordering. Identify any changes to the specification or inspection requirements so their effect on feasibility, price and timing can be reviewed.
The quoted supply consists of bare hollow tubes in the agreed dimensions and quantity. These components require integration into your own structure; they are not assembled drone arms.
Provide outside diameter, inside diameter and length as one complete combination, with a tolerance for each feature. Add mating-part dimensions and connection details when fit affects your design.
Confirm the required material specification and surface combination for your selected dimensions. State any resin, fiber, layup or inspection requirements in the inquiry.
Yes. Submit the complete geometry and drawing for review. Custom lengths, wall changes and machining remain subject to feasibility, order quantity and the agreed quotation.
Yes. Add the required reference sizes to one inquiry and give a separate quantity and surface preference for each. Confirm the packing and delivery requirements for the combined order.
Send your selected size or drawing revision, quantities, destination and required arrival date. Include any sample requirement and open technical questions so the quotation can address the intended supply scope.
